Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years leading a technical team; strong experience in mechanical/ordnance design principles.
• Experience in aerospace/defense environments and low-volume, high-mix manufacturing preferred.
• Proven ability to lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
