Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 10+ years of engineering experience, and strong proficiency with SolidWorks. You will design, document, and size equipment while guiding cross-functional teams to on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with SolidWorks CAD software.
• Experience creating engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to perform engineering calculations and equipment sizing.
• Proven project leadership experience.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop company products using SolidWorks and other engineering software.
• Create detailed engineering drawings for proposals and manufacturing.
• Generate bills of material (BOMs) and routings to support estimating and production.
• Develop owner manuals, testing procedures, and engineering documentation.
• Perform engineering calculations and equipment sizing.
• Provide technical support throughout fabrication, assembly, and production.
• Support field installations and troubleshoot product-related issues as needed.
• Serve as Lead Engineer on assigned projects, acting as the primary technical contact for customers and vendors.
• Manage project schedules, quality objectives, and budgets.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and design team members.
• Guide cross-functional teams through product development and project execution activities.
