Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead the design, development, and execution of custom engineered products. This hands-on leadership role combines mechanical design, project management, customer interaction, and technical mentorship.

The successful candidate will design with SolidWorks, create manufacturing documentation, estimate BOMs, and guide cross-functional teams through complex projects from concept to production, while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with SolidWorks CAD software.
• Experience creating engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to perform engineering calculations and equipment sizing.
• Proven project leadership experience.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of custom engineered products.
• Create detailed drawings for proposals and manufacturing.
• Generate BOMs and routings to support estimating and production.
• Develop owner manuals, testing procedures, and documentation.
• Lead projects as Lead Engineer, managing schedules and budgets.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.
• Support field installations and troubleshoot product issues.
