You will steward projects from concept to completion, provide hands-on design contributions, and mentor teammates to solve complex technical problems while aligning decisions with validation outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mechanical/product design engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead product design and development projects from concept through completion
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Perform project check-ins, identify roadblocks, and determine best actions
• Represent engineering in interactions with suppliers or acquisition targets when needed
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met across projects
• Support validation activities with the Validation team
