Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead the design, development, and execution of custom engineered products. This hands-on leadership role combines mechanical design, project management, customer interaction, and technical mentorship.

The successful candidate will design with SolidWorks, create manufacturing documentation, estimate BOMs, and guide cross-functional teams through complex projects from concept to production, while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with SolidWorks CAD software.
• Experience creating engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to perform engineering calculations and equipment sizing.
• Proven project leadership experience.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop company products using SolidWorks and other engineering software
• Create detailed engineering drawings for customer proposals and manufacturing
• Generate bills of material (BOMs) and routings to support estimating and production
• Develop owner manuals, testing procedures, and engineering documentation
• Perform engineering calculations and equipment sizing
• Provide technical support throughout fabrication, assembly, and production
• Support field installations and troubleshoot product-related issues as needed
• Serve as Lead Engineer on assigned projects, acting as the primary technical contact for customers and vendors
• Manage project schedules, quality objectives, and budgets
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and design team members
• Guide cross‑functional teams through product development and project execution activities
