Responsabilités

• Lead mechanical design and development of motor and generator components and assemblies.
• Apply design principles for manufacturability, materials, tolerances, and thermal interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into detailed mechanical specs.
• Lead design analysis and risk management activities (FMEA) and define verification plans.
• Drive design reviews across the lifecycle using simulations, prototypes, and tests.
• Work with manufacturing and suppliers to implement new designs and processes.
• Develop test plans to verify structural integrity, durability, and thermal performance.
