Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Advanced degree preferred for top candidates.
- Experience in electromagnetic design and machine optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead electromagnetic design for motors and generators across IPM/SPM/types.
- Collaborate with mechanical, controls, validation and manufacturing teams to deliver production-ready designs.
- Develop and refine in-house design tools and optimization methods using MATLAB and Python.
