You will collaborate with system, electrical, machine, manufacturing, and validation teams; conduct design reviews, risk management, test plans, and work with suppliers to implement new designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams.
• Experience with mechanical design and product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and development of motor and generator components and assemblies.
• Apply design principles for materials, tolerances, and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with system, electrical, machine, manufacturing, and validation teams.
• Lead design analysis and risk management, including FMEA.
• Drive design reviews using analyses, prototypes, testing, and cross-functional input.
• Partner with manufacturing, suppliers, and quality teams to implement designs.
• Work with simulation and validation teams to test durability and thermal performance.
