Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a Senior Design Consultant for our Los Angeles team. You will conduct in-home consultations, design window solutions, and manage the full sales cycle with pre-scheduled homeowner appointments.

Formación

• Proven track record of success in in-home sales is required.
• Strong background in window, vinyl window, siding, remodeling, or related home improvement sales preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to travel throughout Los Angeles County for in-home appointments, customer meetings, and business-development activities.

Responsabilidades

• In-Home Consultations: Conduct professional, high-quality consultations in homeowners' residences, identify their needs, and recommend the right remodeling solutions.
• Sales & Design Proposals: Present and design window solutions that improve the appearance, comfort, functionality, and value of customers' homes.
• Lead Conversion: Work company-provided, pre-scheduled appointments through the complete sales process, from initial consultation through closing.
• Customer Relationship Management: Establish trust with homeowners, clearly communicate the value of Lifetime's products, and provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Project Coordination: Maintain communication with customers through the project process and help ensure expectations are clearly established from the initial sale through completion.
• Business Development: Develop relationships with HOAs, realtors, and other local organizations to create additional business opportunities and expand Lifetime's presence throughout Los Angeles.
• Market & Product Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of the home remodeling market, competitive landscape, and Lifetime's premium product offerings.
• Professional Brand Representation: Represent Lifetime with professionalism, integrity, and confidence while serving as a trusted advisor to homeowners.
