The ideal candidate has proven experience in home improvement or remodeling event marketing and lead generation, enjoys building teams, and knows how to balance personal production with leadership responsibilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working events, and are motivated by building something bigger than yourself, this is an opportunity to make a major impact at Lifetime.

$65,000 base salary + personal commissions + tiered monthly bonus

$100K+ earning potential

Direct impact on team performance, revenue, and market expansion

Full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and paid holidays

Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with significant growth potential
