Job summary

CDM Smith's The Perry Group, a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with substantial substations experience. You will create project definitions, schedules, budgets, and oversee change management, risk reviews, and client invoicing to ensure project profitability.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with engineering disciplines, manage submittals, and prepare monthly reports and bid packages for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire or promotion.
• Significant design-build/EPC project experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Prepares statements of work with WBS and gains concurrence from stakeholders.
• Manages project costs and ensures profitability.
• Prepares client billings and oversees timely payments; approves subcontractor invoices.
• Monitors project status and escalates risks as needed.
• Coordinats submittals and ensures timely documentation.
