Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build Roadway Lead/Manager in Albuquerque, NM to guide transportation DB/PDB pursuits and projects, overseeing roadway design and team delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in transportation design, 5+ years leading projects, a PE license, and strong client communication. Compensation ranges from $180,000 to $230,000 per year, with an unmatched comp time policy and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Current PE license, preferred states UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA.
• 10+ years of transportation infrastructure design experience.
• 5+ years leading roadway design for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Strong teamwork and client relations and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead roadway discipline engineering teams for Transportation DB and/or PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads.
• Integral member of the project management and delivery team.
• Lead roadway design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specifications, and quantity tasks.
• Knowledge of Microstation OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software.
