Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build Roadway Lead/Manager in Las Cruces, NM, to guide transportation projects from pursuit to delivery. You will lead roadway design teams, coordinate with other discipline leads, and drive design quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires 10+ years in transportation infrastructure design, 5+ years leading roadway design, and a PE license (preferred NM). Strong communication and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Current PE license; preferred states UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA.
• 10+ years in transportation infrastructure design.
• 5+ years leading roadway design for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Strong leadership and client management abilities.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Lead roadway discipline engineering teams for Transportation DB/PDB pursuits and projects (freeways, interstates, interchanges, urban/rural highways).
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and integrate into the project management/delivery team.
• Lead roadway design, analyses, studies, reports, plans, specs, and quantities.
• Experience with Microstation OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D; use of related software.
