Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead design-build construction efforts on projects valued from $60 million to over $250 million. The role is based on the job site, with responsibility from concept through closeout, including preconstruction support, buyout, and full project delivery.

Responsibilities include building client and subcontractor relationships, coordinating with Architects, Engineers and Planners, establishing forecasts and budgets, managing costs, and mentoring PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CM, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience managing construction projects over $50 million.
• Strong safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
• Experience with setup, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting.
• Knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.
• Experience leading a project management team.
• Creative, results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders and multi-floor scaffolding.
• Ability to lift objects at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
