Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Project Manager to be based on the construction project site, taking projects from conceptual stages through closeout for design-build efforts ranging from $20 million to over $200 million.

You will lead project teams, coordinate with superintendents, manage subcontracts, cost reporting, schedules, safety and quality programs, and travel nationwide as projects are located across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field required.
• 6–10 years of experience managing construction projects (>$25M).
• Strong safety record and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from conceptual stages through closeout.
• Coordinate with Superintendent to develop site logistics and manage subcontractors.
• Oversee submittals, change orders, and pay requests.
• Generate project costs and job cost reports; forecast quarterly totals.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and close-out processes.
