Job summary

Halff seeks a Senior Design-Build Project Manager in Richardson, TX to lead projects from preconstruction through completion, coordinating internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders. You will ensure on-time delivery, maintain client relationships, and manage scope, schedule, and budgets.

Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years in design-build, strong leadership, and a PE license is preferred. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive design-build experience managing complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of design-build delivery methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design-build projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Serve as primary client contact and foster strong, lasting relationships.
• Coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and execution plans.
• Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, changes, and financial outcomes.
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication among all parties.
• Review project deliverables to ensure quality, compliance, and constructability.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to resolve technical and field challenges.
• Support preconstruction activities, including estimating, scheduling, procurement, and value engineering.
• Ensure successful project delivery by meeting contractual, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements while supporting business development efforts.
