• 8–10+ years of progressive design-build experience managing complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of design-build delivery methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• PE license preferred.

The Design-Build Project Manager leads the successful delivery of projects from preconstruction through completion, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. This role is responsible for delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You Will Need

• Strong knowledge of design-build delivery methods, construction processes, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate resources across offices, practices, and project stakeholders.
• Experience managing architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Strong client relationship management skills with a track record of building trusted partnerships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to identify project risks, develop solutions, and successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management, scheduling, estimating, and construction management software.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
