Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. in Frisco, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Land Development team. The role focuses on large-scale civil engineering, leading multidisciplinary efforts, and delivering complex site developments.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of land development experience, a TX PE license, and strong AutoCAD Civil 3D expertise. In-office work four days a week, with opportunities to lead and mentor a team.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelors or Masters in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Texas PE license required.
• 8+ years of land development experience.
• In-office 4 days per week.
• Strong AutoCAD Civil 3D experience.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, and design team members for successful project delivery.
• Communicate project status proactively to clients as a trusted advisor.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities via networks and market awareness.
• Coordinate with authorities for requirements, submittals, approvals, and permits.
• Own project technical design as engineer of record.
• Mentor EITs and junior staff while guiding design direction.
• Manage projects through concept to construction lifecycle.
• Oversee multiple projects across varied stages of design/permitting/construction.
