Job summary

STV Incorporated in New York, NY seeks a Design-Build Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure programs from pursuit to construction. Based in the Empire State Building office, you will direct multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the executive interface with agency and municipal leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Active New York Professional Engineer license is required.
• 20+ years of leadership experience across design through construction.
• Proven success leading Design-Build projects generating $20M+ in fee revenue.
• Experience managing large, integrated teams of 70+ professionals.
• Strong expertise in budget control, schedule oversight, risk mitigation, and client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Design-Build delivery—from pursuit through construction.
• Guide integrated, multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Own project performance including budget, schedule, scope, risk, and quality.
• Serve as executive client interface with agency leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with contractors and joint venture partners for aligned execution.
• Shape winning pursuits through capture planning, strategy, and proposal leadership.
• Oversee construction-phase strategy, including schedule management, change navigation, and QA/QC.
• Champion safety, innovation, and digital delivery in project execution.
