Job summary

STV Incorporated in New York City seeks a Design-Build Senior Project Manager to lead some of the region’s most complex infrastructure programs from pursuit through construction. Based in our Empire State Building office, this senior leadership role partners with contractors, public agencies, and executive stakeholders to deliver resilient, transformative infrastructure.

You will guide cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams, manage budget, schedule, scope, risk, and QA/QC, and drive safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Active New York PE license.
• 20+ years of leadership experience across design through construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Design-Build delivery from pursuit through construction.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality solutions.
• Own project performance: budget, schedule, scope, risk and quality outcomes.
• Serve as executive client interface with agency leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with contractors and JV partners for aligned execution.
• Shape pursuits through capture planning, strategy and proposal leadership.
• Oversee construction-phase strategy including schedule, changes and QA/QC.
• Champion safety, innovation and digital delivery across projects.
