STV Incorporated in New York City seeks an accomplished Design-Build Sr. Project Manager to lead high-profile infrastructure projects from pursuit through construction.

Based in our Empire State Building office, you will manage budgets, schedules, scope, risk, and quality while partnering with agencies, contractors, and executives to deliver resilient delivery solutions. You will direct cross-functional teams, shape pursuits, and oversee construction-phase strategies, emphasizing safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Active New York Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 20+ years in leadership across design through construction.
• Proven success leading Design-Build projects with $20M+ in fee revenue.
• Experience managing large integrated teams (70+).
• Expertise in commercial management, budget, schedule, risk and client leadership.
• Experience in contractor-led, JV, or integrated DB environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Design-Build delivery—from capture to construction completion.
• Guide integrated teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality solutions.
• Own project performance: budget, schedule, scope, risk, and quality.
• Serve as executive client interface with agency leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with contractors and joint venture partners for aligned execution.
• Shape pursuits via capture planning, strategy and proposal leadership.
• Oversee construction-phase strategy including schedule, changes and QA/QC.
• Champion safety, innovation, and digital delivery of projects.
