Job summary

STV Incorporated seeks a seasoned Design-Build Project Manager for large-scale projects in the New York City Metro. Based in NYC, you will lead complex DB programs from pursuit through construction, coordinating with agencies, contractors, and executives to deliver high-impact infrastructure.

The role requires a NY license (PE/RA), 20+ years of experience, and success leading DB projects with substantial teams and revenue. Strong client management and JV experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture required or equivalent.
• Active New York PE or RA license.
• 20+ years of experience with recent project leadership from design through construction.
• Experience leading Design-Build projects with $20M+ in fee revenue and large teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Design-Build project delivery from pursuit through construction.
• Provide strategic project leadership across integrated teams (architecture, structural, MEP).
• Own commercial performance: budget, schedule, scope, risk, quality.
