Jobot, based in the Chicago area, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Light Industrial division. You will oversee all phases of construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, costs, and timelines to deliver high-quality results.

A minimum of 10 years in PM and 3 years in light industrial is expected, with PMP in consideration. The role offers a competitive base salary, bonus potential, and a supportive, family‑oriented culture with hybrid work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 3 years in light industrial construction.
• Experience with subcontractor coordination, labor costs, material costs, and RFPs.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to meet requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Manage labor and material costs to adhere to budget.
• Prepare and submit project estimates and RFPs with detailed projections.
• Establish and execute effective project communication plans.
• Monitor progress with milestones and deliverables; report regularly.
• Foster relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety regulations and quality standards are followed.
• Identify and manage project risks; implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage changes to meet project outputs.
