Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of construction project management experience.

• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design and safety standards.
• Directing and supervising construction workers and subcontractors.
• Implementing cost control measures to keep projects on budget.
• Resolving contract disputes and design problems during construction.
• Leading project teams for optimal performance and productivity.
• Preparing and presenting project updates to clients and senior management.
