Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience.
• 3+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Strong design/build or GC experience.
• Procore proficiency preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
• Direct and support field teams and superintendents.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams.
• Ensure safety and quality standards compliance.
• Drive schedule adherence and resolve issues.
• Oversee subcontractor performance.
