McFarland Construction is seeking a Project Manager for multiple commercial construction projects in the Tulsa market. You will lead project lifecycle activities from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, design/build exposure, and proficiency with Procore and MS Project. Travel flexibility is required, and the role emphasizes strong leadership and communication across teams, clients, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Construction management preferred).
• 5+ years project management experience.
• Design/build experience preferred.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project tools is preferred.
• Open to travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Preconstruction to prepare, review, and monitor costs for project budgets.
• Finalizes and manages project budgets.
• Understands owner’s contract requirements, including bonds, fees, schedules, reporting, and costs.
• Participates in owner meetings to review scope and provide value engineering ideas.
• Manages subcontracting process from scope to final execution.
• Oversees onsite construction activity and schedules intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
• Reviews contract documents with participants to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinates and delivers requirements for subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedules.
• Maintains safety, quality control, and respectful working environment with EEO programs and risk management.
