Job summary

McFarland Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple commercial construction projects in the Sperry/Tulsa market. You will oversee full lifecycle management from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.

This is ideal for a design/build PM who can own field and office execution. The role demands 5+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, and Procore/Office proficiency, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or an equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience in lieu of degree)
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or field operations
• Strong design/build or general contracting experience required
• Procore experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel as required within assigned projects

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects simultaneously
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial performance
• Direct and support project superintendents and field teams
• Manage subcontractor performance and project execution
• Lead preconstruction efforts including budgeting, scope review, and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company requirements
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams
• Approve pay applications, change orders, and project documentation
• Drive schedule adherence and resolve project issues proactively
• Support delivery of mission critical and other highly technical facility projects, adhering to stringent quality, security, and uptime requirements
