Job summary

Key Construction seeks a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead projects in Tulsa or Oklahoma City. You will oversee preconstruction estimates, develop detailed plans, and drive proposals from start to finish while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10 years of verifiable PM experience; may substitute a degree with equivalent experience.
• Can live in OKC or Tulsa metropolitan areas.
• Experience with a commercial general contractor is required.
• Healthcare, K-12, higher ed, multifamily or entertainment experience a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills are required.
• Strong organization, leadership, negotiation, and delegation skills are required.
• Proven ability to develop lasting, positive customer relationships.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse people in groups and one-on-one.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist preconstruction with estimates and detailed project plans.
• Participate in development and delivery of project proposals.
• Champion the project turnover from preconstruction to construction.
• Participate in and/or drive scope comparisons, vendor selections, and contract administration.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
• Oversee project construction to monitor compliance with contract, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Perform project reviews to ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Provide status reports regarding project milestones, budget, deliverables, deficiencies, risks and issues.
