Job summary

McFarland Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple commercial construction projects in the Sperry/Tulsa market. You will oversee full lifecycle management from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.

This is ideal for a design/build PM who can own field and office execution. The role demands 5+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, and Procore/Office proficiency, with travel as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or an equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience in lieu of degree)
5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or field operations
Strong design/build or general contracting experience required
Procore experience strongly preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel as required within assigned projects

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple commercial construction projects in the Sperry/Tulsa market. Strong scheduling skills (able to build CPM schedules / Gantt charts)
Project financial management (budgeting, cost control, tracking)
Prior GC/construction experience
Experience with Procore, with the ability to quickly adapt and operate within project‑specific workflows and requirements
Supervisory/management experience (leading crews, managing subcontractors)
Construction knowledge (site experience, means & methods)
A strong leader who takes ownership of complex projects
Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, field‑driven environment
A problem solver who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously
A communicator who can lead teams, clients, and subcontractors effectively
