Job summary

Organon seeks a Field Medical Director to lead scientific exchange, education, and medical support for dermatology programs across KS, NE, MO, IA, and MN. You will build relationships with HCPs, present data, and guide investigator collaborations while traveling regionally and nationally.

You will maintain dermatology expertise, train internal teams, and represent Organon at major meetings, ensuring compliant, evidence-based medical communications across segments.

Qualifications

• PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA or equivalent education.
• 5 years of clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Dermatology or Allergy/Immunology experience preferred.
• Ability to travel locally, regionally and nationally up to 50%.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Clear ability to translate scientific material into credible communications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Maintain clinical, scientific and technical expertise in dermatology.
• Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with HCPs and stakeholders.
• Collaborate on scientific communication plans and research collaborations.
• Assist in scientific training for Commercial and internal colleagues.
• Provide scientific support for speaker training and advisory boards.
• Represent Organon at national and regional medical meetings and support Medical Information activities.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests per policies.
