Job summary

Organon seeks a Field Medical Director to provide medical and scientific support for Dermatology programs, engaging with healthcare professionals and managed markets customers. The role identifies study investigators and delivers clinical information that differentiates products regionally and nationally.

Territory includes KS, NE, MO, IA, and MN, with travel up to 50%. Eligible candidates hold PharmD/MD/PhD/NP/PA or equivalent and have substantial clinical or industry experience in dermatology,

Qualifications

• Dermatology or related field experience is preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with HCPs and organizations.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities; be an effective scientific presenter.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, organizations and stakeholders.
• Maintain clinical, scientific and technical expertise in dermatology.
• Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with stakeholders.
• Collaborate on scientific communications, research, and investigator-initiated trials.
• Assist in scientific training for internal teams regarding products and conditions.
• Provide scientific support for speaker training and advisory boards as requested.
• Represent Organon at national and regional medical meetings and drive awareness.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests per policies and procedures.
