Job summary

Organon seeks a Field Medical Director to provide medical and scientific support for Dermatology programs in the US Midwest, engaging healthcare professionals and investigators in scientific exchange and data presentation. The role identifies study investigators aligned with corporate objectives and delivers balanced clinical information to support product use.

The position requires building long-term relationships, maintaining dermatology expertise, and traveling up to 50% to represent Organon

Qualifications

PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA or equivalent education.
5 years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
Dermatology or Allergy/Immunology experience preferred.
Ability to develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with HCPs, decision makers, and organizations.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers and other stakeholders.
Maintain clinical, scientific and technical expertise in dermatology.
Present data and conduct balanced scientific dialogue with HCPs, academic institutions, investigators and stakeholders.
Collaborate on development and implementation of scientific communication plans and research including investigator-initiated trials.
Assist in scientific training for Commercial and internal colleagues on products and conditions.
