Job summary

Organon is seeking an experienced Field Medical Director to provide medical and scientific support for Dermatology programs. You will engage with healthcare professionals and manage scientific exchanges, identify investigators, and deliver data presentations regionally and nationally.

Territories include KS, NE, MO, IA, and MN with up to ~50% travel to support clinical and post-marketing activities and collaboration with Clinical Development colleagues.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist/Medical degree or equivalent with strong clinical background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel locally regionally and nationally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Present data and conduct balanced scientific dialogue on Organon’s products.
• Collaborate on scientific communication plans and research initiatives.
• Provide scientific training for internal colleagues on products and conditions.
