Job summary

Organon is seeking a Field Medical Director with dermatology expertise to provide medical and scientific support for Dermatology programs. The role involves engaging with healthcare professionals, managing scientific communications, and supporting investigator-initiated research across regions.

The position requires clinical or industry experience in dermatology or related fields, travel up to ~50%, and strong presentation skills to communicate complex data across national and regional meetings.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for medical engagement and to develop and drive scientific engagement goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with HCPs and key stakeholders in dermatology and geography.
• Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue on Organon’s products with HCPs and investigators.
• Collaborate on the scientific communication plan and research including investigator-initiated trials and site recruitment.
