Job summary

Organon is seeking a Field Medical Director to provide medical and scientific support for Dermatology programs. This field-based role engages with healthcare professionals, presents data, and communicates clinical information that differentiates Organon’s products.

Travel to regional and national meetings will be required. Ideal candidates hold PharmD, MD, PhD, NP, or PA or equivalent and have at least five years of clinical practice or pharma experience, with dermatology or allergy/immunology

Qualifications

• Pharmacist/physician-scientist with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to translate clinical data for diverse audiences.
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals and researchers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, organizations, and stakeholders in dermatology.
• Maintain clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in dermatology.
• Present data and conduct balanced scientific dialogue with stakeholders.
• Collaborate on scientific communication plans and research collaborations.
• Provide scientific training for internal teams on products and indications.
• Represent Organon at national and regional meetings and support medical information activities.
• Respond to medical information requests per company policies.
