Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology.
• Ten years in utility engineering, business development, regulatory, financial, or strategy roles.
• Three years in a leadership role.
• PE or CEM registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop an alternative energy resource strategy for customer-owned and co-sourced projects.
• Lead interconnections and ensure DER programs align with state and company plans.
• Engage with operating companies and experts to plan DER integration.
• Support regulatory filings and EV charging marketing including tariffs and incentives.
• Lead DER interconnection process and manage non-customer PPAs.
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and testimony for stakeholder outreach.
