East West Bank is seeking a Senior Deposit Operations Manager to drive centralized operations excellence and service quality. You will partner with Retail Banking, Branch Operations, Compliance, and Legal to elevate customer experience and operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes process improvement, project leadership, staffing management, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain growth and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in banking operations, branch operations, or deposit operations.
• Minimum 5 years in management or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, controls, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on enhancing retail branch operations, support and customer experience.
• Identify and resolve operational pain points via process optimization and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage staffing across operational teams, including recruiting, coaching, training, and development.
• Partner with Branch Support leadership to improve service delivery, call management, and escalation efficiency.
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee key operational projects, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are managed.
• Support project execution and timely resolution of issues impacting strategic initiatives.
• Lead review and standardization of procedures and documentation.
