Job summary

Auger, the autonomous operating system for supply chains, seeks a Customer Transformation professional to own end-to-end workstreams on live enterprise accounts. You join a deployment pod, manage plan, milestones, and dependencies, and translate customer needs into build-ready requirements for engineers.

You will be on-site with customers, drive clear decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes while writing crisp updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Two to five years in an environment that demanded more than it gave.
• Evidence of grit under load.
• Raw analytical horsepower.
• Speed and ability to ship quickly.
• Written updates and precise language.
• Hunger and drive to own outcomes.
• Comfort with direct feedback and communication.
• Supply chain experience helps but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the plan and the pace for your workstream and publish it.
• Translate customer needs into precise requirements engineers can build from.
• Track inputs and measures (forecast accuracy, service levels, adoption).
• Write updates that inform cross-functional teams and executives.
