Job summary

EliseAI is seeking an experienced Deployment Strategist on the Future Platforms team to found and scale a new function. You will drive complex enterprise deployments end-to-end, coordinating product, engineering, and clients to turn goals into measurable outcomes.

This role combines strategy, execution, and stakeholder management with frequent travel (~2x per month) and in-person office work 4–5 days a week, aiming to push EliseAI’s platform to market leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years running enterprise software implementations, platform migrations, or technology transformation programs.
• Proven ability to take deployments live with clear ownership and launch.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end: drive deployments from late-stage sales handoff to launch and stabilization.
• Lead discovery, scoping, and decisioning with crisp requirements and rollout plans.
• Run multi-threaded deployments and coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product ops, engineering, and training for configuration, data migration, launch, and adoption.
• Support change management and align client leadership on workflow shifts for adoption.
• Inform product development with real-world usage and stakeholder feedback.
• Contribute to templates and playbooks to scale processes and quality.
• Support sales and expansion with realistic engagement scoping and opportunities.
• Attract top-tier talent to join the team.
