Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Deployment Strategist for Manufacturing & High-Tech to bridge executive-level business problems with Databricks technical solutions.

You will own the product direction, MVP scope, and PRD, leading an agile team from discovery through production launch and adoption. You should bring 7+ years delivering data/AI engagements, strong executive presence, and hands-on depth in Python/Java/SQL, with willingness to be onsite with customers 25–50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Define MVP, write PRD, and manage the engineering backlog and quality assurance.
• Lead technical discovery, shape architecture with FDEs, and risk assess early.
