Job summary

Turtle Trax S.A. seeks an experienced project manager to lead multi-phase deployments for Fortra products and services. You will coordinate with Sales to draft Statements of Work, define goals, and drive detailed project plans while mitigating risks and communicating with C-level stakeholders.

You’ll build strong customer relationships, onboard and train users, and ensure smooth transitions to live service, aiming for high utilization and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Formal project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2/APM/ITIL).
• 5–10 years leading multi-phase projects, matrix environment.
• 2–5 years transitioning customers to managed services.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-visibility, fast-paced projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, especially with C-level executives.
• Strong relationship-building and customer trust development skills.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Proficient in risk management and timely decision-making.
• Ability to influence teams without formal authority and manage dependencies effectively.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support their journey with Fortra and desired security outcomes.
• Acquire deep knowledge of Fortra products and services to onboard and train customers.
• Ensure smooth transitions of customers into live service aligned with operational and business requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a utilization target of 85% or greater.
• Support internal initiatives for improving processes and product releases.
• Mentor team members in project management best practices and product knowledge.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS -

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, APM, ITIL Transition).
• 5–10 years of experience leading multi-phase projects, ideally in a matrix environment.
• 2–5 years specifically transitioning customers to managed services.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-visibility, fast-paced projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, especially with C-level executives.
• Strong relationship-building and customer trust development skills.
