Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Deployment Architect to lead the full deployment and enablement lifecycle for customers, coordinating with account and product teams to ensure seamless integration of Hightouch into customers' data infrastructure.

You will translate complex customer requirements into actionable implementation plans, communicating clearly to data engineers and business stakeholders, and creating repeatable processes that scale across our enterprise customer base.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in technical implementation or solutions architecture.
• Strong background in data integration, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience delivering complex technical implementations with clear stakeholder communication.
• Ability to solve ambiguous customer problems and find creative paths to successful implementation.
• Experience creating scalable implementation processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding process with Account team to align technical execution and customer success.
• Design deployment frameworks scalable across customer segments.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with data engineering and business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain deployment documentation including integration specifications and data models.
• Develop implementation plans that minimize time-to-value and ensure sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve blockers.
• Build relationships with technical stakeholders within customer organizations.
• Provide feedback to engineering for product development.
• Standardize and automate implementation processes to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
