You will facilitate workshops, lead Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen projects, govern portfolios, manage backlog, and deliver executive reporting. This 12-month contract offers strong development opportunities and potential full-time conversion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in continuous improvement, PMO, or operational excellence.
• Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen background required.
• Strong executive communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead teams through Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen and root-cause analysis.
• Establish repeatable operating procedures and governance practices.
• Coach leaders on improvement frameworks and best practices.
• Monitor portfolio health, backlog, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and governance materials.
• Support customer experience initiatives related to outages and communications.
• Coordinate governance forums and executive reporting.
