Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a Senior Project Manager in its Business Transformation Office to lead complex technology initiatives, including AI-enabled transformation. You will collaborate with Business, IT, Engineering, and Data teams to define outcomes, map workflows, and coordinate design, build, testing, deployment, and adoption.

This Denver-based hybrid role requires strong accountability, cross-functional leadership, and proactive delivery of high-impact results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project or program management delivering complex cross-functional technology initiatives.
• 3+ years in transformation, technology delivery, operations, or consulting.
• Experience leading complex projects involving AI/ML, data, analytics, automation, enterprise applications, or similar technologies.
• Strong execution skills in scoping, requirements, integrated planning, risk and dependency management, change management, and outcome tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional technology and transformation initiatives with clear scope, milestones, and dependencies.
• Translate business outcomes into executable project plans with defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Product Managers to govern project execution, dependencies, risks, and delivery; align with product direction and roadmap.
• Lead AI transformation from process redesign through adoption; connect AI outputs with data and systems of work; measure business value.
• Align stakeholders on goals, dependencies, and decisions; manage blockers and escalations; deliver credible executive updates.
