Ping Identity in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Business Transformation Office. You will lead complex technology initiatives, including AI-enabled transformation, coordinating with product, engineering, data and IT teams to deliver high-value outcomes.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years in project management and 3+ in transformation, with strong skills in scoping, planning, risk and dependency management, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Denver-based hybrid role; in‑office attendance on Tuesdays is required.
• 5+ years in project or program management, delivering complex cross‑functional technology initiatives or interdependent portfolios.
• 3+ years in transformation, technology delivery, operations, or consulting; able to turn process needs into practical execution.
• Experience leading complex projects involving AI/ML, data, analytics, automation, enterprise applications, or similar technologies.
• Strong execution skills in scoping, requirements, integrated planning, risk and dependency management, change management, and outcome tracking.
• Familiarity with AI development (e.g., model development, data labeling, or model monitoring) is a plus.
• Understanding of responsible AI, data governance, privacy, security, and compliance in enterprise technology delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional technology and transformation initiatives; align owners, milestones, and capacity.
• Translate business outcomes and stakeholder needs into an executable project plan with scope, requirements, and dependencies.
• Partner with Product Managers, own project execution, governance, dependencies, risks, and delivery.
• Lead AI transformation from process redesign through adoption; connect AI to data, integrations, and systems of work.
• Align business and technical stakeholders on goals, ownership, dependencies, and decisions.
• When assigned as Solution Owner, facilitate design and integrate outputs from analysts and technical leads.
• Provide concise, audience-specific delivery updates; translate status and risks into executive recommendations.
