Job summary

Dental Lyfe Studio in Norco, CA is seeking an Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator for our private, multi-specialty practice. The role requires 3+ years of dental front-office experience and hands-on treatment coordination, not entry-level reception work.

You will own treatment presentation, case acceptance, patient finances, and scheduling, while supporting an organized front office and collaboration with our revenue-cycle team. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred and room for growth exists.

Qualifications

• 3+ years dental front-office experience REQUIRED.
• Dental treatment-plan presentation/coordination experience REQUIRED.
• Experience with case acceptance, patient finances, and treatment follow-up.
• Knowledge of PPO dental insurance, benefit verification, and treatment estimates.

Responsibilities

• Present comprehensive and multi-phase treatment plans with explanations of sequencing, estimates, and patient costs.
• Drive case acceptance through education, communication, and follow-up.
• Follow up on pending or unscheduled treatment and convert accepted treatment into appointments.
• Discuss financing options including CareCredit, Cherry, Sunbit, and other payment methods.
• Verify PPO and Medi-Cal benefits and prepare accurate treatment estimates.
• Collect copays, deposits, balances, and payments.
• Maintain productive doctor/hygiene schedules and fill openings proactively.
• Coordinate referrals and patient follow-up for specialty treatment.
• Support front-office workflow and patient communications and records in CareStack.
