The Treatment Coordinator is essential to providing exceptional patient care, coordinating treatment plans, and managing financial discussions with patients. This role involves a combination of patient-facing duties, administrative support, and financial coordination, ensuring that patients understand the treatment options and financial responsibilities while supporting efficient clinic operations. The Treatment Coordinator’s main responsibilities are to clearly explain treatment options to the patient, coordinate a treatment plan with the doctor and present it to the patient, and be knowledgeable about the treatment and timelines with the patient. This position will also cover the front desk to ensure a welcoming and efficient patient flow and compliant documentation.
***Experience in the dental field and knowledge of CPT codes is mandatory.***
