Qualifications

• Strong ability to present complex analytical results in simple, actionable terms for non-technical audiences.
• Experience improving organizational maturity in data cataloging, documentation, testing, and training.
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results in complex environments with diverse stakeholders and disciplines.
• Expertise with Power BI or Tableau and SQL, data modeling and ETL concepts, statistical methods and analytical methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions across clinical care, education, research, and administration.
• Build intuitive dashboards and visualization products using Power BI or Tableau.
• Identify opportunities for automation, improved data modeling, or AI augmentation to enhance reporting and workflow.
• Standardize metrics, definitions, and data models for consistent reporting across the school.
• Collaborate with clinicians, leaders, researchers, and admins to translate needs into analytics solutions.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, data mapping, testing, and user acceptance processes.
• Provide training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of new reports and tools.
• Lead initiatives to improve data governance, testing, and release processes.
