Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related field is required or two years of equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related business analysis function is required.
• Experience with compliance, regulatory, or external reporting obligations is preferred.
• Experience documenting data or reporting requirements in a professional setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with external reports to regulatory, government, accreditation, and third-party entities.
• Validate data accuracy and completeness for external submissions.
• Interpret external reporting specifications and ensure alignment with criteria and timelines.
• Monitor submission calendars and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Elicit and document reporting requirements from internal and external sources.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications for automated or semi-automated delivery.
• Develop standardized intake templates, playbooks, and documentation formats.
• Maintain a reporting library with version-controlled documents.
