You will translate complex questions into actionable insights, build dashboards with Power BI or Tableau, collaborate with leadership and staff, and establish standardized analytics practices while ensuring data governance.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to present complex analytical results in simple terms for non-technical audiences.
• Experience improving organizational maturity in data cataloging, documentation, testing, and training.
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results in complex environments with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions for clinical care, education, research, and administration.
• Build high-quality, intuitive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
• Identify areas to automate, improve data modeling, or AI augmentation to enhance reporting and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinical providers, leaders, researchers, and admin teams to understand needs and translate them to analytics solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, data mapping, reviews, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide training and documentation for successful adoption of reports and tools.
• Ensure analytics projects comply with data governance and university policies.
